Functional Zone

Strength machines area

All our strength machines are Life Fitness and Hammer Strength, maximum quality in their manufacturing and top of the range within the sector with absolutely exceptional exercise mechanics and ergonomics. They have a digital repetition counter, a stopwatch to measure exercise time and rest between sets, and completely ergonomic grips to avoid injuries.

In addition to our complete strength machines, we have modern pulley stations that will allow you versatility and control to take your training to the next level. Cable stations are perfect for performing a wide variety of exercises, from pulling to pushing movements, giving you incredible versatility and control during your routine.

With them, you can work different muscle groups effectively, adapting the resistance to your needs and objectives. Whether you’re looking to improve your functional strength, tone your body, or increase your endurance, pulley stations are an essential tool to complement your strength training.
